Hi all
Am using LTM4705 to generate 1V8(2.8Amp) and 1V35(3.6Amp).
I am using 1V35 for DDR3L. Whenever I program my FPGA to work with DDR3L at 800MHz, 1V35 drops to 1V19, and the power good also gets low. But even though the voltage is constantly low, Power good is dropping and coming back up again.
For 700MHz Data clock everything is working fine and no power dip.
After every 7.88ms Power good falls low for approximately 0.2ms and turns high again.
Yellow-Voltage, Green Power Good
This board is the 2nd revision, in the latest version to the older version there is minimal changes and nothing related to 1V35 or DDR3L. In the old version everything is working all good with respect to DDR.
Ohmic of 1V35 is 881R, the same as the old version card.
