Hello AD Team,
I am currently working on a project which is at design stage and it requires use of a DC-DC Converter module converting 12V or 24V input to 5V Output with maximum current requirement of 200 mA ~ 300 mA. So, I wanted to incorporate MAXM15063 IC (https://www.analog.com/en/products/maxm15063.html) for this purpose.
But, our layout team is not confident with this IC selection due to its package structure. As compared to other IC's this module does not provide flexibility for proper soldering or de-soldering that might be a requirement in future.
Therefore, I would request to suggest any better alternative with specifications matching our requirement mentioned above. Or is there any chance that this particular IC comes in a package like 8-SOIC or similar which would make our life easier ??
