Product Number: LTM4705
Hi,
I'm considering LTM4705.
I got the reliability report.
I have a question.
・In reliability report, LTM4705 FIT rate is 0.13.
FIT&MTTF was calculated from ongoing reliability monitor results of the same process.
(Confidence level=60%, activation energy=0.7eV, operating (use) temperature=55℃)
Could you please tell me the formula for this?
Incidentally, when I used the calculation tool in the link below, I got a completely different result.
