Product Number: ADM1270
To whom it may concern
I plan to use ADM1270 to control a 50A load and to to so I need to have six P-Ch MOSFETs in parallel.
The MOSFETs will have a Total Gate Charge of 930nC
In the datasheet I can't find any information regarding the drive capability of the ADM1270 except for the GATE Pull-Down (On) Current and GATE Pull-Up (Off) Current.
Can the ADM1270 drive a Total Gate Charge of 930nC?
Or do I need to boot the drive capability with a NPN/PNP push pull transistor pair
Can the drive capability of ADM1270 be simulated in spice (is a ADM1270 spice model available)?
I have tried to download the ADM1270 Design Worksheet Tool but it seems not to be available anymore
