I can't find the reason why the system can't start the charging process
Charging configuration - 13S Li-Ion, Li-ion mode normal (mode1 - H, mode2 - M)

Vbat=47V
SW pin voltage = 47V
SG pin voltage = 4.8V
BG pin voltage = 0V
STAT0 - ON
STAT1 - OFF
No switching on SW pin
INTVCC = 5V
