Product Number: MAXM17635AMG+, MAXM17635
We're using multiple MAXM17635AMG+ on our module.
Those are not seperated with diodes and using only 1 power
source. And all Regulated outputs are collected to ADC for measuring
purposes. Eventually, All outputs are connected with nearly 10kOhm
resistance. Through the Resistor divider net.
Does that design accumulating Damages to the IC(MAXM17635)?
a few ICs (amog hundres) are malfunctionning now
(The modules are builted 1years ago.)
The malfuctioning happens only at the boot sequence, not occured while
its normal function. Does anyone seen similar incident? I would like to figure
this out, Now we are invesgating on the whole LOT.
