Is it possible to make a constant DAC controlled current source using LT3092

Yes, you can use that chip, but you'll need to add one opamp. What is the max and min voltage that will be over the load?

Heke May I know the circuit implemented by ARad is same as what you said.

The nice circuit by ARad works. I took another approach, where the SET pin voltage is a sum of the output voltage and the DAC voltage.

The opamp ADA4092 is chosen just because it's name rhymes with LT3092. Most opamps do which have rail-to-rail inputs and outputs.
