Functionality of LTC2953

Question

Can I leave G1/G2 floating if I'm not gonna use switching over? 
 If no, what should be it's state?

Hi ntenorio, 
 LTC2953 does not provide a switchover feature for multiplexing 2 supplies. Perhaps you're referring to LTC2952 ? 
 If that's the case, G1 and G2 can be left floating if you won't be using the primary and secondary ideal diode function for switchover.)
