Regarding the temperature dependence of RFBHI built into LTM4638 etc., the table spec defines a value of 60.4KΩ±0.5% at room temperature only.
To what extent does this fluctuate with temperature?
Since the output voltage is determined by the absolute value of the external resistor (below the FB terminal) and the built-in resistor value, the temperature dependence of this resistor value is important in considering the output accuracy, so I would appreciate your advice.
Or is the 60.4KΩ a discrete resistor?
(I'm concerned about this because I think resistors made using semiconductor processes will fluctuate greatly with temperature.)
