Product Number: LT3782
Hi, I am investigating some failures of LT3782. We use this in a UPS module to boost 4 350F supercaps from approx. 8V to 24V output.
We have recently had a significant number of failures where the LT3782 fails short circuit Pin 27 (Vcc) to GND.
Please help me understand what may cause this failure
