MAX17614 - current monitor showing strange behavior

Category: Hardware
Product Number: MAX17614

Hello,
i have a strange behavior on my Power source selector circuit regarding the current measurement. I am getting the power supply ripple voltage on the SETI shunt, even stronger than on the power supply itself. If I use clean lab supply there is no ripple visible. As a current limiter I am using a 1.5k Ohm resistor, in other words the current is limited to 3A.

Here is how the voltage on the SETI shunt looks like:
Ripple at SETI pin
Here is how the ripple at the Input pin looks like:
Power supply Ripple

Is there any explanation for this misbehavior?

With no load current provided, there is no way to say the ripple seeing at SETI is the supply noise baseline or the load current monitoring. With load current, then I'm not surprised that voltage at SETI is higher than the input supply ripple.
