ADP5056 Voltages are not generating

Hi, 
 We are using ADP5056 in our custom board. The below attachment is the circuit diagram for our regulator. In our board VREG = 4.75V is generating But we are not seeing any outputs. How to know the buck regulators inside adp5056 are functioning properly or not.

Did you ever resolve this problem ? We are seeing a similar issue with no output voltages being generated. The only thing that I can see on your circuit that may be suspect if the CFG1 pulldown resistor of 251k that doesn't seem to correspond to any value in Table 6 of the datasheet (Rev.0 ).)
