We noticed a new problem with LT3964 LED driver IC, I am using 6 pcs LT3964 in my design, with output LED off for about 2 hours, turn all LED driver LED back on, one of 6 LT3964 IC INTVCC voltage dropped from 4V to 1.7V. See oscilloscope record below, Ch1---INTVCC, Ch2---I2C SDA , Ch3---I2C SCL , Ch4---PWM1 and PWM2 control pin input.
