Good morning everyone community,
 
I'm trying to use your LT4293 controller soon and was wondering on page 2 of the DEMO Circuit 2911A:
 
why from the ETH J1 connector the Spare pair PINs 4-5 and 7-8 are exchanged on the T1 Transformer 5-4 and 8-7 and the same at the output???  
 
I have never seen it on other PoE schematics or on PSE Controllers, it is not better to connect the last Pins in a linear sequence 4-5 7-8
