What is the purpose of the RC circuit as input to SVIN pin for LTM4702 DC2DC converter

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: LTM4702
Regarding the datasheet for LTM4702, Figures 10 and Figure 11 show that SVIN inputs have an RC circuit instead of a direct connection with VIN.
What is the reason behind the additional RC circuit? Is it used to reduce coupling noise?
What if VIN comes from as 12V supply and the 12V supply is also shared with other regulators e.g. LTM4620. Do we also provide an RC circuit to SVIN?
Is it a general rule to use an RC circuit for SVIN?
