Are ADM8320 pins 5V tolerant?

Question

Hi, 
 I'm using the device ADM8320WCY29ARZ in my design. I'd like to supply the part with 3.3V but drive the MRn input with a 5V push pull stage. 
 The WDI pin driven from my microprocessor has a 3.3V level. 
 Would this have an effect on the nominal operation of the part?

Hi SRSudarsan, 
 The MRn input can be driven with a different supply but should not be above the abs max of VCC+0.3V. If your VCC is 3.3V, then the maximum allowable voltage on the other pins must be 3.6V. 
 In ADM8320, the MRn input has a 75k ohm internal pull up to VCC. Therefore, there is an ESD protection from MR to VCC. If MR is driven above VCC, this will turn on the ESD diode and may conduct high current.
