I have a confusing problem with my power circuit using this regulator. When no load or an electronic load is attached, the power control works as expected, but when I attach load like an SBC, a GNSS receiver for example, the output will jump to about 2V before I apply a HIGH control voltage to the EN pin. Circuit is attached, the only thing besides the GNSS on the Output rail is a status LED. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening or how to resolve it?
