If things get heated up, something is not right.

The first thing I'd do is to check that each external discrete is assembled correctly. Especially, ensure that the diode D1 (in demo circuit, parallel to the LED string) has correct polarity. Also, ensure that the thermal pad is connected to GND.

Can you measure what is the output voltage (at OUT terminal of the board)?

Hi, The pad yes are connected to GND correclty, all components are ok with polarity.

I view Intvcc not have 7V but lower 3/5 in relation with vin.

I drive with external pwm to 1-20Khz in testing

The vin are 5/6 Vdc and mosfet N are BS050N04LSG, the P mosfet are SISH129DN-T1

Have a reason to intvcc lower than 7V??

OK. What kind of power supply are you using? Maybe it is not able to deliver enough steam.

Is it only the LT3762 that gets heated up, or does some other component also radiate excessive heat?
