Product Number: LTM4623
Hello,
We use an LTM4623 on our board which is for FPGA core supply. And the products sold out to customers after the quality control and tests.
Although this is not the case for all products, some products are being returned due to problems with this chip.
After inspection of the returned products, we found that the output voltage is less than 1V, but it should be around 1.2V.
And the current we use through this DCDC converter is less than 1.5A at all time which we found through probing directly.
I like to know why this kind of phenomenon occurs.
