The circuit was designed to output 4 display voltages: 18V, 9V6, 3V8, -6V. The direct output voltage set to 9V6 reads 11V with an input of 12V. The cntrl and shutdown are tied to 12V. Feedback resistor was set to 1M2. I see the Vref probes out to 1V43 and I would have expected 1V225.
