For anyone searching this in the future, Analog tech support gave me the answer:
"PBF in the suffix indicates a lead-free/RoHS compliant package. So for example:
LTM8045IY >contains SnPB in terminal finish
LTM8045IY#PBF > lead free
The E, I, MP determines the temperature rating spec."
There is a table in the datasheet that shows this, but I overlooked it.
