Kindly please tell, what is the 4A Output Current limiting factor in this design, and can you point me to a higher than 4A current option for 5V output with 12V in? It seems plausible that a 12V at 4A output stage (48W) would likely support the same wattage at 5V and a higher current even if not at the same 48W level. Parallel implementation being wasteful in space and cost, all things considered- Regards!
