The thermal resistance of the MAX797H is not published in the datasheet. Based on the following interpolation, it appears to be around 130 degC/W for Rj-a. Is this accurate? Is there a value for Rj-c that can be provided? Thanks.
Max power = 696 mW at 70 degC
Max Tj = 160 degC
Rj-a = (160 degC - 70 degC) / 696 mW = 129.3 degC/W
