The MAX34427 is a specialized current, voltage, and power monitor used to determine power consumption of systems.

The power and current measurement have 1% accuracy for Sense range.

Welcome. The sense resistor used are low in res values based on load current and Vsense requirement. If the load is inductive then there could be kick back voltage and hope it satisfies the VCM range for the part. The part power and current measurement accuracy is of 0.8%.
