We have designed a custom board based on the reference schematic and board and when powering the board with a 12V input on SUP2, we see a ~3.8V on the BIAS pin (Internal LDO output). Under this condition the I2C communication is not working so we are not able to read registers to see the status of the IC. What are the dependencies for the BIAS voltage regulator to function consistently and product 5V output?
Any help to resolve this will be very useful.
