Is it possible for the LTM8080 converter to set the Vout1 output to 6V and the Vout2 output to 3.3V? And whether this results in the need to meet additional requirements.

Why do you think this would not work? Is there anything in the datasheet that raises doubts? Both outputs have separate SET pins so I think this should work.

Of course I would prefer an ADI representative to answer this question.
