We have a board that uses the LTC4274A PoE PSE that we operate in semi-auto mode. With it we can power a UniFi UVC-G3-Dome camera without issue.
However due to supply chain issues, we had to switch to the LTC4274B. Using identical software on the host, we're having issues powering this same PD. The chip keeps disconnecting power due to disconnect timeouts, even though tDIS is set to 0 (360ms) which should be the same as the LTC4274A. If I set the tDIS register to 3 (720ms) on the LTC4274B, it works fine.
My question is, are there changes between the LTC4274B and LTC4274A that would cause different disconnect timeout behaviour?
