Product Number: LTC3880
Hi,
Recently we received a few failures reported that our application unable to open (unable to initialize hardware) due to our PXIe Vector Signal Analyzer.
After the investigation, the failure follows the LTC3880 is the suspected defective IC. This error also happened to other customers before but after ±1000 days of usage.
We suspected failure due to solder void. May we know is there is do's and don'ts for this particular part?
