Dear Teams
I am designing to generate 12V from 24V using LT8640A.
I have calculated the L constant and current rating according to the datasheet, but the L listed on page 26 is selected to have insufficient allowable current at short circuit (rated at about 9Arms). Considering the switch current limit at 12A, I think the required current value should be around 12A allowable current value, am I wrong in my thinking?
