The output voltage of LTM4650IY # PBF is 0.9V, and the current is 80A. Now when the board comes back for debugging, it is found that the RUN signal of two disconnected chips is close to the RUN pin at the chip end, and the voltage of the chip is actually 3.9V. The chip can still output 0.9V normally. Can you help me see the reason? Is there a problem with the material?
