Hi,
Do you have any data on what the EN pin input current goes up to at 105C on the LT8631? The datasheet has 100nA max at Tj = 25C. I'm using the LTC2955-1 to drive the enable pin, which has a drive strength of only 1.2-2.8uA. My concern is that this leakage can potentially double for every 10C increase in temperature, which would break the circuit. I can Adding an external pullup but that would decrease battery life in sleep mode.
If not such data, is there a drop-in replacement for the LTC2955-1 that has a stronger driver?
