Thanks for the post. The specified Internal Current Limit you show above is the guaranteed minimum current the regulator can provide without the output voltage decreasing by more than 5%. I show the behavior in the image below. In my example, internal current limit will cause the output voltage to drop from 0.6V to 0.54 when the output current is 900mA.
