The LTC2954 is a pushbutton on/off controller that manages system power via a pushbutton interface. An enable output toggles system power while an interrupt...

My LTC2954ITS8-1 will power on with the pushbutton but will not power off on another push. It just stays on forever. Any help would be appreciated.

Q1: If it is LTC2954-1 has active high EN then why your schematic shows an active low /EN output? Are you sure it is 2954-1 and not 2954-2?
Q2: /EN is an Open-Drain output which means it needs a pull-up resistor to drive the HT7833 input EN. Without a pull up I don't understand why you say the circuit works to turn on power to 3.3v.

C9 at 1uF required a push and hold of 6 seconds. Everything works fine now and thank you.
You still didn't ans the questions:
Why the 2954-1 has active low /EN on schematic?
How does the 2954 drive the HT7833 without pull-up?
Who want to push and hold a button for 6 seconds for it to work?
I just assembled a small dev board using this part and you are correct, a 100K pull-up resistor was indeed needed. I've made a quick video showing why I'd like to use this instead of regular sliging toggle switches for future projects:
