Hi,
I've got a project where the ADP5052 is to be used. I've mad calculations on almost everything, but I would like to verify the calculations by using the ADP505x_BuckDesigner tool. I downloaded the tool from this presentation: https://www.analog.com/media/en/news-marketing-collateral/solutions-bulletins-brochures/integrated-power-solutions-for-altera-fpgas.pdf.
I've made the file trusted and enabled the macros. So far so good. To get to know the tool I want to just use the predefined settings of output voltage and currents so I go ahead and press the "Submit/Run" button without changing anything. That is when the tool fails. I get a Visual Basic error saying "Run-time error '13' Type mismatch"
There some info in the readme file about language settings and decimal point indication.
I work at a large organization and those settings (Norwegian and ',') are company policy settings and I cant change them.
Is the "Run-time error '13' Type mismatch" related to language settings/decimal point indication, or is the issue related to something else, and how can I fix it?
The tool is revision v.1.1234 with date code DB20170928
Best regards,
Sindre Georgsen
