chip MAX77542 has no output

Question

Hello experts:
I have designed a 4-way power output scheme using MAX77542
However, the test results show that all four outputs of the design are 0V.
I set the 4 outputs from out 1 to 4 as 3.3V, 2.1V, 3.6V, 5V.
The input power supply V_POWERIN used for testing is 12V.
Also tested IRQB voltage is around 0.8V and I2C level is 1.8V
I've tried shorting ALT_IN to ground and removing R106, but still no output.
Any help in solving this problem would be greatly appreciated!
