I've been looking at datasheets for a while, and nothing jumps out as clearly suitable.
Two possibilities are the LT3467, and the LT1930? Would those work?
In SEPIC configuration, those could work. The LT8333 would probably be cheaper than the LT3467, and you could adjust a lot of the performance for your specific needs.
