LT3790: output voltage drop

Category: Hardware
Product Number: LT3790

Dear all,

I am using the component LT3790 to generate an output voltage of 32Vdc.

Unfortunately, the output voltage every 2.4s has a voltage drop to 0V for 13.5ms and then returns to 32V. The load was only 300mA.

In this case the system had the following data:

Input voltage: 16V

Output voltage: 32V

Output current: 0.3A

Switching frequency: 481kHz

EN/UVLO: R1=330k, R2=27k (should be UVLO-=15.87V, UVLO+=17V)

My idea is that I should decrease the EN/UVLO threshold changing the resistor R1=470k, R2=75k (should be UVLO-=8.72V, UVLO+=10.24V).

May my problem come from another reason?

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards

Andrea
