Understanding the LT3758 SYNC Voltage Levels

Hi All

I just need to clear a few things up about the SYNC functionality of the LT3758

On the datasheet the SYNC Input Low = 0.4V while the SYNC Input Hight is 1.5V (I don't know why the units are not given on the datasheet)

Is the 0.4, the maximum voltage that can be applied to the LT3758's SYNC pin for a logic LOW and is the 1.5V the minimum voltage that can be applied to the SYNC pin to be counted as a logic HIGH?

My external clock swings between 5V and 0V, can I apply this voltage to the LT3758's SYNC pin or would this damage the device?

    Not sure why the units are missing from the right-hand side but your assessment is correct: 0.4V is the maximum on the SYNC pin that will be recognised as a logic low and 1.5V is the minimum voltage required for it to be recognized as a logic high.

    The Abs Max rating on the SYNC pin is 8V:
