LTspice model for RH137H

Question

I need a SPICE model for the RH137 device, but there is none in LTspice. Can I get one?

 There is no request for the creation of the model for this part. Please contact our Sales team so they could justify the need for its creation. Due to huge number of requests, the LTspice model developer need to prioritize which item to model first, usually depending on the volume of sales,
