datasheet states this:

Honestly there is no need to spec a detailed OT threshold, because you should not design the part with this threshold in mind. It's there to prevent catastrophic failure, but it's not there to be a 'valid' state of operation. Aim for a design that will be safe to operate in all intended conditions depending on ambient temperature, maximum Vin and Iout.
The H-grade is specced for 150C junction temperature so the OT trip point will be at higher temperatures.
