Hi,
I meet some issues about MAX20040, please help me!
first, set input vol to 8~16V and output vol = 12v,
Is there a problem with the schematic?

I have same problem with standby current... Datasheet define "Standby Supply Current" to ~52 uA in Skip mode. Skip Mode is not available in all part-numbers and... it works good with 5 Vout, but not with 9 Vout or 12 Vout. Input voltage has no impact to quiescient power.
~22 mA standby current for 5 Vin and 12 Vout
~10 mA standby current for 12 Vin and 12 Vout
~9 mA standby current for 15 Vin and 12 Vout
But... it looks good with 5 Vout.
Could someone confirm this issue?
Quiescient current is not defined for voltage other than 5 V. Where is the ragne? Where are volt-ampere characteristics for quiescient current related to output voltage?
Thanks
