Hello everyone,
I have to design a PCB with LT3063 as Supply Voltage
Uin=30V Uout=10V, Iout=50mA= 2mA
As I saw in evaluationboard for LT3063 , there are different values resistor values for voltage adjusment , than in datasheet.
This is the link to evalutions boards reference design:
https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/eval-board-schematic/DC2177A-1-SCH.PDF
The values of resistors R1 and R2 for voltage adjustment in evaluation board are 2 times lower than given in datasheet of LT3063.
Evaluation board R1/R2 Combinations for output voltage adjusment
Datasheet's R1/R2 combinations for output voltage adjustment
My Question is:
Is it better to use the lower resistors because of lower voltage noise ?
Than I would use R1=60.4k and R2=946k (evaluation board than R1=124k R2=1960K (datasheet) for 10V ouput.
This is my design schematic with the R and C values taken from evaluation board.
Thank you in advance for helping me.
