I would like to ask if the MAX25208 can support a GANFET half-bridge (Vin = 60V, Vout = 12V, Iout=20A @400KHz)?
First of all the pins DH and DL are supplied from the Vbias = 5V which is compatible with the GANFET gates Vg.
Regarding the input capacitance and the charge values, of the EPC2065 are much lower than the SQJA84EP-T1 GE3, which is used in the MAX25206EVKIT.
The logic though is supplied by the Vbias which can supply Iout = 100mA. Is this value the maximum peak current?
What is the exact rise time of the DH and DL?
What is the optimal decoupling capacitance on the Vbias to support the switching of the DH and DL (per datasheet can be higher than 2.2uF)?
