Solutions for wide input supply to generate low noise negative rails

Product Number: LT3999 LT3439

I am generating a small supply for an RF path near the input.

Input +12VDc (Ideally a wider input)

Output : -8.5 to -9VDc @ <10mA

Output after LDO : -8VDc

Any suggestion for the output transformer for the LT3999 and LT3439 (Or other low noise/ low EMI devices)
