LT8610AC Avoiding Pulse Skip at Low Output Loads

Question

In pulse skipping mode the datasheet says "During light loads,switch pulses are skipped to regulate the output and the quiescent current will be several hundred &mu;A." 
 Is there a threshold for what defines "light loads"?

 For the pulse skipping mode, the threshold current information is shown as Figure 1b.
