I need one 15V -> -5V Regulator, where load current will be around 2.8 to 5A. at 75C ambient Temperature.
Kindly, suggest me some regulators either with integrated Inductor or integrated switch!

It's a micro-module, so it has the inductors and power switches built in. There are two channels that can be parallelized -- going by this graph in the data sheet for single-channel output current:
For Vin = 15 Vout = -5, parallelizing the two channels should meet your
load current, although you would need to track down the issues mentioned
in the asterisk to be sure. There is a long walk-through in the data sheet
for thermal performance you would also need to walk through to see if it
meets your thermal requirement. I've never used this part, so I'm just
going on a quick look at the data sheet. Good luck,
