What is the current draw on the EN pin of the LTC3336?
I want to place a pull-up resistor from EN to INTVcc, so I can drive the EN pin low using an open-drain driver. Ideally, I want my pull-up to be very large, so very little current is drawn from INTVcc to GND, but not so large that it drops too much voltage because of the EN input current (making it impossible to enable the device). Also, it must be big enough so the current from INTVcc never exceeds the 10uA rating.
