About LTspice Simulating the LTC3617
I would like to generate a VTT voltage of 1.2V from a 5VIN voltage.
The DDR specification that we use has a voltage ripple condition of 1.2V±60mV.
There is a voltage fluctuation in the attached image after the power is turned on. What kind of phenomenon is occurring?
In addition, I have modified the simulation circuit from the base "LTC3617_DC1707.asc".
The content is input to the VDDQin pin by dividing the Vin voltage 5V.
The divided voltage is set to 1.2V.
