ADP1047 GUI configuring issue

We are using AC-DC Digital PFC controller (ADP1047 from analog devices) for PFC . In this IC (ADP1047) configuration (PWM,UV,OV ,OCP,etc.,) is based on GUI interface. We Are facing some issues during setting or configuring the ADP1047 GUI. Kindly clarify the following issues.

1.When we write 0xFF to 0xD5, it does not consider it.

2. Snapshot of 0xFF81 Register as below:

3.The EEPROM registers 0xB0 to 0xD4 are not visible in the GUI. Even register 0xF1 (EEPROM INFO) also not visible.

4. In the EEPROM Access Window, only Pages from 4 to 15 are visible. But as per mentioned in data sheet, Pages 2 to 15 are User accessible.
