I am trying to use the LTM8083.
The "D7" pin is floating on the reference schematic or PCB.
However, the datasheet says to connect it to GND.
Please tell me which one is correct.

The D7 pin can either be connected to GND or left floating as shown in the evaluation board.

In EVB, it is difficult to connect GND due to the PCB layout, so I expect it to be floated. Is that correct?
Connecting D7 to the GND just provides another means to minimize other components' route to ground. Either connecting it to GND or floating it would be fine as long as the other GND pin Bank 0 is connected to GND.
